Thank you for choosing "visxx" (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). We understand the importance of your personal privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

1. Information We Access

The App may access the following device features during operation. All data is processed locally on your device:

2. Device Permissions

The App may request the following device permissions. You can enable or disable them at any time in your device's Settings:

Photo Library Access

Used to read and manage your photo library. The App requires access to your photos for quality analysis, blur detection, duplicate identification, and content search. Photo data is processed locally on your device only and is never uploaded or transmitted. Any deletion operations require your explicit confirmation.

File Access

Used to export stitched photos and generated slideshow videos. Generated files are saved to the location you specify.

3. AI Model & Data Processing

• The AI model is downloaded from a public model repository and runs completely offline on your device after download
• AI analysis results for photos (such as content descriptions and quality scores) are stored only on your device
• The natural language search feature is processed entirely on-device; search queries are never uploaded
• You can delete downloaded AI models and analysis data at any time in the App's settings

4. Data Storage & Security

• All user data (including analysis results, preference settings, etc.) is stored locally on your device
• We do not operate any servers to collect or store your personal information
• The App does not require account registration and does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information
• Upon uninstalling the App, all locally stored data is automatically removed

5. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following technology components:

• Apple PhotoKit Framework: Used to access and manage the photo library. All operations are governed by iOS system permissions
• Apple AVFoundation Framework: Used to generate slideshow videos. All processing is performed on-device
• Apple Translation Framework (iOS 18+): Used for multilingual translation during search. Translation processing is subject to Apple's privacy policy
• Open-Source AI Model: MobileVLM and other vision-language models, running entirely offline on your device

Apart from the system frameworks and open-source components listed above, the App does not integrate any third-party SDKs, advertising services, or analytics tools.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

This App is suitable for users of all ages (rated 4+). We do not knowingly collect any personal information from any user, including children. The App contains no advertising, offers no in-app purchases, and includes no links to external websites.

7. Your Rights

Since the App does not collect or store any personal information on servers:

• Your data is entirely under your own control
• You can revoke photo library and other permissions at any time in your device's Settings
• You can delete all local data by uninstalling the App
• You can delete downloaded AI models in the App's settings
• Photo deletion always requires your explicit confirmation

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated through the App's update notes. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically to stay informed about our privacy practices.
