Our Core Commitment: All video processing in this App is performed entirely on your device. Your video files and results are never uploaded to any server (unless you actively choose to use the cloud-based Whisper API service).

The App uses a network connection in the following situations:
If you choose to use the local Whisper engine, a model file must be downloaded. Once the download is complete, all speech-to-text processing runs entirely on your device.
If you choose to use the Groq or OpenAI Whisper API for subtitle generation, audio data is sent to the respective service provider via an encrypted connection for processing. This feature is entirely optional — you can always use the built-in speech recognition or local Whisper as alternatives.
If you enter a network video URL (HLS, RTMP, etc.), the App will play the stream directly. Video data is used only for playback and is not cached or uploaded.
Video upscaling, merging, and other processing operations run entirely on-device using Metal GPU acceleration. No network transmission is involved.

Other than the above, the App does not integrate any third-party SDKs, advertising services, or analytics tools.
The App requests write access to the Photo Library solely to save processed videos (with subtitles, upscaled, or merged) to your camera roll. The App does not read or upload your existing photos and videos.
The App is suitable for users of all ages (rated 4+). We do not actively collect any personal information from any users, including children. The App contains no advertising and offers no in-app purchases.
