Thank you for choosing muisx (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). We understand the importance of your personal privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we access, use, store, and protect your information.

1. Information We Access

The App may access the following device features during use. All data is processed locally on your device:

2. Device Permissions

Microphone

Used for real-time audio analysis including note detection, chord recognition, pitch matching, and all practice modules. Audio data is processed on-device in real time only and is never recorded or uploaded.

Camera

Used for the AI Coach feature to detect playing posture. Camera feed is analyzed on-device in real time only and is never recorded, saved, or transmitted.

3. Network Access

The App uses a network connection only in the following case:

• AI Compose: Generating music from text descriptions may require server interaction. Generated music is saved locally

All other audio analysis, practice evaluation, and AI Coach features run entirely offline on your device.

4. Data Storage & Security

• All user data (including practice records, music materials, preferences) is stored locally on your device
• We do not operate servers to collect or store your personal information
• The App does not require account registration and does not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or any personally identifiable information
• Uninstalling the App automatically removes all locally stored data

5. Third-Party Services

• Apple AVFoundation Framework: Used for audio input and processing. All operations are performed on-device
• Apple Vision Framework: Used for AI Coach posture detection. All analysis is performed on-device
• Stable Audio Open Model: Local inference model for AI composition

The App does not integrate any third-party advertising services or analytics tools.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for users of all ages (rated 4+). We do not knowingly collect any personal information from any user, including children. The App contains no advertising.

7. Your Rights

• Your data is entirely under your own control
• You can revoke microphone, camera, and other permissions at any time in your device settings
• You can delete all local data by uninstalling the App
• Practice records and music materials can be managed and deleted within the App

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated through app update notes.
