Thank you for choosing flamird (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). We understand the importance of your personal privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

1. Information We Access

The App may access the following device functions during use. All data is processed locally on your device:

2. Network Access

The App uses a network connection only in the following situation:

Model Downloads

AI model files are downloaded from the Hugging Face model repository. Once a download is complete, all AI inference runs entirely on your device with no network connection required.

AI Conversations

All AI inference runs entirely on-device using Metal GPU acceleration. Conversation content is never transmitted over any network or sent to any server.

3. Data Storage and Security

• All user data (including chat history and model files) is stored locally on your device
• We do not operate any servers to collect or store your personal information
• The App does not require account registration and does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information
• Uninstalling the App will automatically remove all locally stored data

4. Third-Party Services

The App may involve the following third-party resources:

• Hugging Face Model Repository: Used to download AI model files. Downloads are subject to Hugging Face's terms of service. For details, please see the Hugging Face Privacy Policy
• llama.cpp Inference Engine: An open-source local inference framework. All processing occurs on-device with no network transmission

Other than the above, the App does not integrate any third-party SDKs, advertising services, or analytics tools.

5. AI Models and Content

The AI models available in this App come from various open-source projects (Meta Llama, Google Gemma, Alibaba Qwen, Microsoft Phi, HuggingFace SmolLM). AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, and users should exercise their own judgment regarding the reliability of the content. The App does not assume responsibility for AI-generated content.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for users of all ages (rated 4+). We do not actively collect any personal information from any users, including children. The App contains no advertising, offers no in-app purchases, and includes no links to external websites.

7. Your Rights

Since the App does not collect or store any personal information on servers:

• Your data is entirely under your own control
• You can delete downloaded model files at any time to free up storage space
• You can uninstall the App to remove all local data
• Chat history can be managed within the App

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated through app update notes. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically to stay informed about our privacy practices.
